Begin exactly where you areWhat Breath Connect is
Guided breathing you can fit into real life.
Breath Connect is a free library of short guided breathing and grounding practices from SLO Yoga California, most between two and ten minutes long.
Each practice is led by Heather in the same slow, gentle voice you would hear in class. There is nothing to memorize and no experience needed. You can listen with your eyes closed at your desk, in a parked car before you walk in somewhere, on the floor at the end of the day, or anywhere a few quiet minutes would help.
The practices are made for real moments: when you feel anxious or overwhelmed, after a hard conversation, when your jaw and shoulders are holding on, or when a deep breath feels like more than you can manage right now. Breathe the way you can, and let the practice meet you there.
Listen as a podcast on Spotify, watch on YouTube, or start with a practice page: Unclench Your Jaw and You Don't Need a Deep Breath. New practices are added to the library over time, so there is always somewhere gentle to begin again.
