About Me

Hey, glad you're here. I'm Heather.

Heather, the teacher behind SLO Yoga California, smiling in colorful sunglasses

Before Slo Yoga California, I spent nearly 16 years working with corporate healthcare and wellness teams, leading litigation firms, and national associations. My career took me across the country and through a world that moved fast — full of travel, deadlines, long days, and very little space in between.

Eventually, I began to understand how much those small spaces matter.

I teach from a place of knowing what it’s like to be human. To not always have the right answer, but to know there can be enough space to pause, notice what’s here, and choose what comes next.

That’s what I hope to share through Slo Yoga California: small, practical moments of movement and breath that fit into real life. Because those moments in between add up.

The work today

Support shaped around being human.

Slo Yoga California is a human-centered workplace support company.

Our tools come from yoga, breath, body awareness, and evidence-informed practice. We turn them into small, practical moments of support that people can use in the middle of real workdays.
