Breath Connect ยท A short practice
Unclench Your Jaw
A few gentle minutes to notice where you are holding on, and let the jaw, face, and shoulders soften.
Begin exactly where you areWhat you will hear
Listen or watchMost of us carry the day in our jaw without noticing. This short guided practice invites you to pause, feel where the teeth are pressing together, and let the mouth, tongue, and face release. Heather guides you through a few slow breaths, a gentle check of the shoulders and neck, and a simple way to come back to ease any time the clenching returns.
There is nothing to get right. If your jaw wants to stay a little tight, that is okay. You can listen with your eyes closed, or watch along for the visual cues.

Another short practice: You Don't Need a Deep Breath
Let one breath be enough.
