SLO Yoga California provides yoga, breathwork, audio practices, events, and related services. For privacy questions or requests, use the privacy request form below.
This website does not use advertising pixels or first party behavioral analytics. Optional YouTube, Spotify, and Castos content stays blocked until you allow external media.
Information we handle
Information you provide
- Inquiries: email messages may include your address, name, message, and any information you choose to include. The site contact forms ask for your name, email address, and your question or request; the Workday Pause and Community Partnerships forms also ask for your organization.
- Ritual reservations: the current Google Form asks for your name, email address, selected Ritual Series dates, and acknowledgement of the liability waiver. Google Forms also records the response submission time.
- Follow-up and payment: reservation confirmation and payment details may be exchanged after you submit the form. Payment services may provide their own privacy notices before collecting payment information.
The reservation form does not ask you to describe a medical condition. The liability waiver refers to health, pregnancy, surgical, and physical limitation considerations. If you voluntarily send health information by email, it will be handled only as needed to respond to your request, support participation, or meet legal and safety obligations.
Information handled automatically
- Website delivery and security: Cloudflare may process IP address, traffic routing, system configuration, request URL, browser, device, and security information when serving the site.
- Privacy preference: this site stores your external media choice in local browser storage for up to 180 days.
- External media: if you allow external media, YouTube, Spotify, and Castos receive network and device information needed to deliver their content and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

- To manage reservations, attendance, confirmations, payment follow-up, and event communications.
- To provide requested video, podcast, and audio experiences.
- To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website.
- To maintain business, safety, accounting, and legal records.
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims when necessary.
Depending on where you live, the legal basis may be your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a service you requested, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as answering inquiries and securing the website.
Services that support the site
Google Forms and Google Workspace
Ritual reservations open on a separate Google Forms page. Google processes the form page and stores submitted responses in the form and, if configured by the form owner, a linked Google Sheet. Google may also process account, device, browser, security, and usage information when the form is opened or submitted. Email communications may be processed through Gmail. YouTube
YouTube video players and remote video artwork remain blocked until you allow external media. If allowed, Google and YouTube may process IP address, device, browser, playback, security, preference, and usage information. The site uses YouTube’s privacy enhanced embed domain, but that does not eliminate all storage or data transmission. Review Google’s Privacy Policy.
Spotify
The Spotify podcast player remains blocked until you allow external media. If allowed, Spotify and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for content delivery, security, preferences, measurement, and provider services. Review Spotify’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Castos
Workday Pause uses Castos to retrieve episode information and deliver audio. The site does not contact Castos until you allow external media. When contacted, Castos may receive IP address, device, browser, requested resource, playback, and server log information. Review Castos Privacy.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and helps protect the site. It processes website requests and may handle IP addresses, traffic routing, system configuration, security signals, and related logs. A Cloudflare Worker processes contact form submissions and uses Cloudflare Email Service to deliver them to our inbox. Contact forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs briefly in your browser and may process device, browser, and network signals to tell people from automated scripts; it does not read what you type. Email applications
Email links open the email application configured on your device. Your email provider and the SLO Yoga California email provider process messages under their own policies. Contact form submissions are delivered to the SLO Yoga California Gmail inbox so we can respond.
Cookies, local storage, and external media
The site uses local browser storage to remember your privacy choice. Optional provider cookies, local storage, and network requests are blocked until external media is allowed. You can review or change the setting at any time through or read the Cookie Policy and live declaration.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional external media is blocked on that device.
Sale, sharing, and advertising
SLO Yoga California does not sell personal information for money and does not place advertising pixels on this site. Optional external media providers may process information for their own purposes after you allow their content. You can keep those services blocked, use direct provider links, or withdraw permission at any time.
Retention
Email inquiries and reservation records are kept only while reasonably needed to respond, provide services, administer events, maintain accounting and safety records, meet legal obligations, and address disputes or claims. Liability waiver records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to address legal claims. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymized during periodic review.
Your browser privacy choice expires after 180 days unless you clear it sooner. Service providers retain information according to their own policies and account settings.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal information is used. California residents may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, sensitive personal information, and nondiscrimination. European residents may have the right to object to certain processing and to contact their local data protection authority.

Children, security, and international processing
The site and its services are not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit information about a child without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to their contracts and legal safeguards.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the site, services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
